Can you ship my Hamster?

Happy Hamstery does not ship hamsters. You can pick up your hamster during a pre-arranged weekend adoption event. Our Hamstery is located just outside of Charlotte, NC. Maybe make it into a vacation if you don’t live in the area!

Can I fly with my hamster in the US? 

YES! Frontier allows hamsters to ride with the passenger in cabin for a $75 fee.

What is your return policy for hamsters? 

Adopting a hamster is a 1-3 year commitment that should not be taken lightly. We do however understand there are circumstances that are unavoidable. Please contact adopt@happyhamstery.com to share your situation with our team. Should you become unable to care for your hamster, we will re-adopt your hamster if a proper enclosure is provided.
